LARRY - camp was great man. okays let's start off from the beginning. we rushed to NP for our briefing, and then scrambled to our positions and roles. i was to be an usher, and then gathered back to the hall to receive our campmates. what clubbies had was eight girls and a guy. nice, i thought, it would be something new for me. i knew everyone would be strangers to one another, so our main task as SLs were to make them bond. after all, when we get them bonded, everything else would be smooth throughout. we (stanley, erwin and i) did not quite accomplish that, but i have to say, it was somewhere there already.

thought up of a cheer, taught them and played games, and soon it was the amazing race. hurrah. we took it slow and steady, and although we ended up last, it didnt matter. we thought, as long as the campers had fun, it didnt exactly matter. then we all had lunch, tthen moved on to mass dances. sweet time we all had, and i noticed the guy campers were actually enjoying it more than the ladies. now, that's great news. many of them would scorn at dances, but this time, it's cool.

we then switched with the other two clans and had campfire preparation, but we had spent more than half the time introducing themselves and martial statuses. man, were that funny in-betweens. we had then got them to bathe and that was the time for the nightwalk. they had a movie to watch, while we held clan debriefs and also had time to bathe. we bathed, had fun in the toilet, and chatted at the hall. time passed so quickly and soon the first campers arrived. we waited and chatted with those who came, and continued waiting and by then it was about two,everyone got back. we all gathered and dispersed to end the night. once i hit the floor, i slept immediately. ugh. i didnt know i was dead tired.

i shall end the camp post for tonight. i have stuff to get to at the moment.
